Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your order. You will then be credited for the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The return costs from your home to the shop are for your own account. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging and unopened. To exercise this right, please contact us via the contact form on the contact page. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of reporting the return provided the product has already been received back in good order. There may be depreciation if the return arrives damaged. Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you make a return.

Complaints
Annoying that not everything is to your satisfaction. You can submit a complaint via [email protected]. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
If you have submitted a complaint via [email protected] and you do not agree with the solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
